   1. All frames are made with heavy duty 2X2 inch steel box tube on 2 ft centers &come with welded load bearing
   reduced connectors, door frame, & fasteners.  All units come with a pitched roof not a flat roof.  Our building
   frames are the stWesleygest building frames in the small building industry. 

   2. Installed price includes steel frame,  3/12 pitched roof, conventional 4x8 panel siding, trim, 20 yr shingled roof,
   plywood floor, 3’ X 6’ ft shed door, vent, delivery, leveling up to a 4 inch drop additional leveling billed @ $65
   per hr, leveling blocks & installation labor, clean up job site & installation of anchors. Anchors to be provided by
   client..

   3. Entry door may be placed in the short wall or the long wall. Door provided with units below will be a 3 FT. wide
   X 6 FT. high shed door type.  All Buildings unpainted.  Painting & Stucco available as options.

   4. We now offer a barn roof design – ADD 10% TO THE PRICES BELOW to arrive at a barn roof price.

   5. Low profile units available for HOA COMPLIANCE – Must call for pricing.

   On all builds electric power to be within 75 ft of build or other arrangements must be made to bring a generator.

   Customer responsible for bldg permit, code, city & county compliance

   Buildings under 120 sq ft do not need a building permit – larger than 120 sq ft drawings available where no
   permit is being pulled. 120 sq ft or larger bldg where permit is going to be pulled engineering is available for a
   nominal fee.
